We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (should be in your email/sms).

If you meet above eligibility conditions, your return will be accepted, you may then move forward with sending the item back to us after our confirmation. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return is received, you will be notified that we have received your returned product in an acceptable condition.
If this is the case, then we will process your credit within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you need to exchange a product due to size, color, or other issues, or if you would simply like to exchange for a product of equal value, please email to email@example.com with a detailed description of your request and your original order number.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of ordering. Once an order is processed, it cannot be cancelled.
