All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Boho Wish works with hand-made crafters, manufacturers, designers and artisans across the globe to source the best products to suit your bohemian lifestyle needs.

This results in all our orders being shopped to you from across the world.

Yet because we work with a network of designers, artisans, and crafters, your products may take 2-3 weeks to arrive.

We offer shipping to both USA and Canada. 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates 

We offer free Shipping Options on all orders over $75.

For orders below $75, we offer a standard $7 USD shipping fee.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Yes! All packages will have tracking until they reach their destination (you - hopefully).

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

You can track the order on our website.

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

If you have a package marked as delivered but haven't received it, please contact your local mail facility.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
